OPTIONAL pro tip …. perform a boost leak test with a turbo boost leak tester before the session , this will allow the user to see any leaks within the system , additionally sealing the exhaust will also check leakage from the throttle body to the exhaust pipe and find things like leaking lower injector grommets or bad intake manifold gaskets which can drastically affect the tune results .

Certainly, a high and low boost option is attainable when you have a high and low switch integrated with your ECU system.

Absolutely, you can tune your car for E85 ethanol, provided that you have upgraded the entire fuel system to accommodate the approximately 38% increased fuel flow demand. Additionally, you’ll need to incorporate a flex fuel sensor into the fuel line for accurate and seamless performance.

The duration of the tuning process can vary significantly from one project to another. Factors such as complexity, the identification and correction of errors during tuning, and the simplicity of the setup all influence the time required.

As a general guideline, an average tuning session typically spans around 6 hours. This includes the initial startup in the garage and concludes with the final adjustments on the dyno. However, it’s important to note that this is just an approximation with projects that had 0 hardware issues ,and the actual timeframe can differ depending on the unique characteristics and requirements of your specific project.

We understand that mechanical or electrical issues may arise during a tuning session, despite the efforts made through our step program to identify potential problems beforehand. The step program is designed to minimize such issues, but it cannot eliminate all possibilities, especially in cases where we did not build the vehicle.

In the event of mechanical or electrical problems that prevent the completion of the tuning session, the following policy will apply:

1. Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable. This fee is charged to reserve a specific time slot for the tuning session, and the allocated time cannot be easily reassigned to another customer. We commit valuable resources and expertise to your project, and the booking fee compensates for the time set aside.
2. Aborted Tuning Session: If a tuning session must be aborted due to unforeseen mechanical or electrical issues with the vehicle, the booking fee remains due and will not be refunded. This is because we have dedicated our time and resources to attempt to tune your project, even if it was not successful.
3. Efforts to Identify Issues: Our step program is in place to proactively identify and address potential red flags within the build before the tuning session. However, certain issues may remain undetected, and in such cases, our priority is to avoid any potential damage to the vehicle’s engine.

By agreeing to a tuning session with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding the booking fee and the possibility of mechanical or electrical issues during the tuning process. We are committed to providing a high level of service and will work with you to address any issues that may arise within our control.
